Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status on our website or through the courier's tracking system.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- • Perishable goods (food items, supplements with expiration dates)
- • Personal care items that have been opened
- • Custom or personalized products
- • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Return Process
- 1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
- 2. Provide order number and reason for return
- 3. Receive return authorization and shipping label
- 4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
- 5. Ship the item back to us (shipping costs covered for defective items)
- 6. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receipt
Refund Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement. Wallet refunds are instant.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variant, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
- 1. Contact customer service with your order details
- 2. Specify the item you want to exchange and the replacement
- 3. Receive exchange authorization
- 4. Return the original item
- 5. Receive the replacement item once the return is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
